Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Riora, a brand operated by Vyox Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Riora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit www.tryriora.com, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us (the “Site”). It also describes the privacy rights available to you and how to exercise them. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you create an account, place an order, subscribe, contact support, complete a quiz or survey, or submit a review, you may provide identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address; order and account details; communications you send us; and any information you choose to include in reviews, testimonials, or health-related questionnaires. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site, using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from payment processors, fulfillment and logistics providers, analytics and advertising partners, and social-media platforms, which we may combine with information we already hold about you.

2. Consumer Health Data

Because our products relate to women’s health, some information you provide - for example, information you share in a product quiz, a review, or a support request about symptoms, life stage, or wellness goals may be considered “consumer health data” under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law, and similar state laws. We collect consumer health data only to provide and improve our products and services, fulfill your orders, respond to your inquiries, and, where you have consented, to personalize your experience and communications. We do not sell your consumer health data, and we will not share it with third parties for their own purposes without your consent. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your consumer health data at any time as described in “Your Privacy Rights” below.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to process and fulfill orders and manage subscriptions; create and maintain your account; provide customer support; send transactional messages such as order and shipping confirmations; with your consent where required, send marketing emails and text messages; personalize and improve the Site and our products; measure and analyze performance and advertising; prevent fraud and secure our systems; and comply with our legal obligations.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing and advertising, including interest-based advertising by us and third parties. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie-preferences tool. Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; where required by law, we treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device.

5. Text Message (SMS) Marketing

If you opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from us at the number you provide, and you confirm the number belongs to you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We use a third-party messaging provider to deliver these messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information to service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, fulfillment and shipping, website hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, and customer support; to advertising and analytics partners, which may involve “sharing” for targeted advertising as defined by certain state laws; to professional advisors and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights; and, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, to the parties involved. We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures for targeted advertising or analytics may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain state laws, and you can opt out as described below.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you; to correct inaccurate information; to delete your information; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
