Where is my order? How do I track my package?
Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email, so it is worth checking your spam or promotions folder if you cannot see it. If you still cannot find it, write to support@tryriora.com with your order number and we will look it up for you.
How does the subscription work? Can I skip or change how often it ships?
You can skip a delivery, change how often it ships, or cancel at any time, with no minimum and no cancellation fee. If you just need a break, skipping your next delivery is the easiest way to do it. Write to support@tryriora.com with what you would like and we will take care of it.
What is your money-back guarantee?
Every order is covered by a 60-day guarantee from delivery, and it also covers opened product. If Riora is not right for you, contact us within 60 days with your order number and we will make it right with a full refund.
Can I take this with my medication?

What’s the difference between Day Support and Night Support? Which do I need?
