Riora is made for adults. In the situations below, please speak with your healthcare provider before starting — they can weigh it against your full history in a way we can't.
Take the Supplement Facts from the product page with you. It lists every active ingredient and its exact dose, which is what they'll want to see.
Pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive
Please talk to your healthcare provider before taking Riora. This isn't a formality — it's a genuine ""ask first"" rather than a disclaimer, and we're not going to tell you it's fine.
Under 18
Riora isn't intended for anyone under 18. If you're under 18, please don't take it, and talk to a parent or guardian and a healthcare provider about what you're experiencing.
A history of breast cancer, or a hormone-sensitive condition
Speak with your oncologist or specialist before starting. Both formulas contain shatavari, a botanical traditionally used in women's health, and we have not added any hormones as ingredients — but your specialist knows your history and should see the full label.
Taking hormone therapy for cancer
If you take tamoxifen, an aromatase inhibitor or any similar therapy, don't start until your oncologist or specialist has reviewed the label. And never change a prescribed therapy on your own.
An existing health condition
If you're managing a thyroid condition, diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS, a liver or kidney condition, or anything else ongoing, check with your provider first. The same goes if you're under active treatment for anything.
Taking prescription medication
See [Riora and your medications]. The short version: ask your provider or pharmacist, with the Supplement Facts to hand.
A known allergy
Review the full ingredient list on the Supplement Facts on the product page. If you have a severe allergy, go through the label with your healthcare provider before taking it. If anything on the label is unclear, message us and we'll get you a definite answer rather than a guess.
Scheduled for surgery
Mention Riora to your surgeon or anaesthetist along with anything else you take.
Why we won't just tell you it's fine
Because we don't know your history, and a reassuring answer from a supplement company isn't worth anything to you. Your provider or pharmacist can answer it properly, usually quickly, and often at no cost.
If you'd like anything from us to help that conversation — the full label, the ingredient doses — just ask and we'll send you straight to it.
Not intended to treat anything
Riora is a dietary supplement. It isn't a medicine, it isn't a replacement for one, and it isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
