Most women take Riora without any issue. If something doesn't feel right, stop taking it and speak with your healthcare provider.
Seek medical help straight away if you have
Difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips or throat, chest pain, or a widespread rash. These need emergency care, not an email to us.
Once you're safe, please tell us what happened and give us the lot number from the bottle so we can record it properly.
In the first few days
Some women may notice mild digestive adjustment when starting a new supplement — a bit of bloating or an unsettled stomach. It usually settles.
Taking your capsule with a meal rather than on an empty stomach helps. If it doesn't settle, or it bothers you at all, stop and speak with your healthcare provider.
If you think you've had a reaction
Stop taking it. Contact your healthcare provider — urgently if any of the symptoms above are involved.
Then message us with what happened and the lot number from the label. We log every report, and we'll sort your order out. You don't need to send the bottle back.
If your symptoms feel worse since starting
Stop taking it and speak with your healthcare provider, particularly if what you're feeling is significant.
Please tell us too, with the lot number. This isn't something we want you to work through on your own, and it isn't something we treat as a complaint about results.
Unexpected bleeding or spotting
Changes to your cycle are a common part of this stage, so it may not be related to anything you've started taking.
Even so, please have any new, heavy, prolonged or unexpected bleeding looked at by a healthcare provider — and any bleeding at all if you're postmenopausal. That's worth checking regardless of what else is going on.

If a child or pet has swallowed capsules
Call Poison Control on 1-800-222-1222 straight away, or 911 if the child is in distress. For a pet, call your vet or ASPCA Animal Poison Control on 1-888-426-4435. Have the bottle with you so you can read the ingredients out.
Then let us know, with the lot number.
