We accept all major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and two ways to split the cost: Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments.
What we accept
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Split the payment: Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments.
We don't accept Klarna, Affirm, Venmo, Cash App, cryptocurrency, cash on delivery, bank transfer or cheque. We also can't take payment over the phone or by email.
Splitting the cost with Afterpay or Shop Pay Installments
Choose Afterpay or Shop Pay Installments at the payment step. They'll show you the instalment schedule and confirm whether you're eligible before you complete the order.
The terms belong to them rather than us, so we'd rather they show you the exact schedule than have us quote something that changes. Using instalments doesn't affect your order in any way: shipping is still free, it ships on the same timeline, and the 60-day guarantee applies exactly the same.
If a provider declines you at checkout, that decision is theirs and we can't see the reason. Every other payment method is still available to you.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is processed through Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
We will never ask for card details by email, chat or social media, and you should never send them that way. If you ever get a message that appears to come from us asking for a card number, it isn't from us — forward it to support@tryriora.com.
What does RIORA on my statement mean?
That's us. Riora charges appear as RIORA on card and bank statements.
I think I've been charged twice
Send us the date, the amount, and the last four digits only of the card. Never send a full card number.
The most common explanation is a temporary authorization hold. Some banks place a pending hold alongside the real charge, and it looks like two charges for a few days before dropping off on its own. If that's what's happened, the pending one will clear without you doing anything.
If there really are two orders, we'll cancel the duplicate and refund it.
My card was declined
Two things account for most declines:
- The billing address doesn't match what your bank has on file. Check it against your statement address.
- Your bank blocked a first-time online charge with a new merchant. A quick call to them usually clears it.
If it still won't go through, message us and we'll help you get the order placed.
A subscription charge I wasn't expecting
We email you about 10 days before each subscription delivery, and again 3 days before the charge. If a charge has come as a surprise, check whether those emails went to spam, then message us and we'll look into it.
Still need help?
